Conflict is all around us. It can happen at any time; are you prepared ?
It is important to know how to handle a conflict situation before it turns
into a time consuming and expensive dispute. In these times it is more than
ever before important to be open for alternatives to the classic methods to
resolve disputes.
If at all possible a conflict or dispute should be resolved in a way in which
the future collaboration of those involved is not compromised. Furthermore, a
resolution to the conflict should be achieved in a reasonable period of time
and at reusable expense.
